Origin Tea Selection
Great tea begins long before the first leaf is picked.
Before we decide to work with a place, we spend time understanding where the tea grows. We look at the forest, the water, the soil, and the people who care for the land.
We work slowly, at the pace the land sets — not the market.
Healthy forests, healthy soil, and clean water often produce better tea. But most tea landscapes today are either abandoned or pushed too hard. Very few are still alive.
This project follows the ones that still are.
