Tea can't be understood quickly. It takes time, repeated visits, and attention to small differences.

What matters is rarely written down

  • how leaves respond to weather
  • how soil holds water
  • how timing changes everything
  • how people make decisions in practice

For now, that means staying. Returning to fewer places, again and again, instead of moving on to the next one.
