Xiao Chi Gan
Grows above 800 meters inside old-growth forest, not a cleared plantation — the bushes share the ground with the surrounding trees and undergrowth. No chemical fertilizer, no pesticide; left to its own seasonal rhythm.
Cai Cha (菜茶) — an old, ungrafted landrace population, 50–100 years old.
The third of three plots from the same maker — not a ranked selection, just a different piece of the same hillside. Here he works with old Cai Cha bushes through the same heritage-recognized process, aiming to keep the tea close to what these old trees have always given.
